2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for events (including concerts, festivals, and live performances) through the Festiweb Platform.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing tickets via Festiweb, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Role of Festiweb
Festiweb may act as:
- an authorised ticket seller; or
- an intermediary acting on behalf of event organisers.
Each ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated.
5. Pricing
- All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Additional booking or service fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before checkout.
6. Orders
- All orders are final once payment has been successfully processed.
- A confirmation email with the electronic ticket will be sent to the purchaser.
- Festiweb reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.
7. Payment
Payments must be made using the methods available on the Platform (e.g. debit/credit card).
All transactions are processed via secure payment systems.
8. Ticket Delivery

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safekeeping and to present the ticket at the event.
9. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, tickets for dated events are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies once a purchase is completed.
10. Cancellation, Postponement and Refunds
- If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued in accordance with the event organiser’s policy.
- If an event is postponed, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- No refunds will be issued in cases of personal inability to attend.
11. Liability
Festiweb is not responsible for:
- any changes to or cancellation of events;
- the organisation or conduct of events;
- any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event.
Responsibility lies with the event organiser.
12. Ticket Use and Restrictions
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred in breach of applicable laws or organiser restrictions.
- Any unauthorised duplication or resale may result in the ticket being void.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
Users have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Festiweb Platform (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of Festiweb or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first.
If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
